What’s up, boners?

SUMMER IS FINALLY HERE! It’s a happy time for those of us that live in Southern California and an even happier time for those of you that live in really cold places because I AM HELL OF JEALOUS. 

While the rest of you are lounging in ghetto pools and pugging FayLOKOs (four loko and faygo, THINK ABOUT IT), we are sweating balls toiling away in the owl cave to bring you some fresh shit to match your back to school clothes in fall.

I hear you out there, wondering, “What’s next for Owl Eyes? What will their next big move be? Is it okay to put Nutella on everything? Is my cat mad at me?” Never fear, hypothetical fan, we have some answers for you. First of all, Owl Eyes is heading into the studio to record a second four song EP entitled “YA SRSLY”. Why so serious? Check out the track listing: Sick Days 7 Letters Winemouf Undertaker If all goes according to plan, this EP should “drop” April 8, which is coincidentally the date of our next live performance. We will be at Eleven with our friends Old Tiger (by the way, hit up their website to download their live album because it rulessss DO IT) and the Red Fox Tails. It was a rainy night in San Diego but plenty of familiar faces came out to stay dry and get wet with us. As always, the Ruby Room took great care of us, awesome sound and plenty to drink. We kicked off the night and then chillaxed in what we can only assume is the VIP booth to enjoy performances by the Western Set, Pushing Rope and River City. There was drama, suspense, action, adventure, Pop Rocks and we may have seen a ghost. All in all, a typical AMAZING show.
